Yorjan Nivar Fermín is the founder and CEO of The AI Academy and a specialist in AI adoption within organizations. His approach starts from the business, not the technology: for more than 15 years he led brand strategy, commercial development and institutional relations for global brands such as Red Bull and Moët Hennessy. In the public sector, he served as strategic advisor on innovation and digital transformation to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, where he drove the adoption of artificial intelligence and new technologies in institutional management. Educated in Spain, he holds a master's in Data Science for Business & AI from ENAE Business School and a master's in International Trade from the Universidad de Murcia. Under his leadership, The AI Academy has trained more than 500 executives and professionals and designed the applied AI professional program endorsed by UNICARIBE. His purpose: to turn AI from a promise into measurable results.

Her career combines project management, process improvement and the implementation of digital tools. She works as Implementation Manager at Axiom Floors, where she leads artificial intelligence and digitalization initiatives. Through Qonia, she develops workshops and programs that bring AI closer to professionals and entrepreneurs, with an emphasis on critical thinking, conscious use of technology and process automation.
